YOUR TASKS
- Assembly of optoelectronic components and assemblies (bonding, mounting, fine adjustment)
- Microscope-supported work with the smallest components
- Manual and semi-automatic die and wire bonding
- Solder assembly and repair soldering
- Independent performance of optical and electrical checks
- Collaboration in continuous process optimization
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training that requires filigree work (e.g. precision optician, dental technician, jewelry and goldsmith, glass and porcelain painter, restorer, technical draftsman, watchmaker, engraver, microtechnologist or similar)
- Initial experience in production is desirable, but not a prerequisite
- You are a skilled craftsman, have patience and perseverance and have a strong awareness of quality
- You have the courage to try something new, are committed and enjoy working in a small team

As a development engineer, you will optimize and further develop our products. You will investigate our customers needs and help them to find the right configuration for their individual optoelectronic component requirements.
YOUR TASKS
- Customer-specific as well as strategic product development
- Support of measuring equipment and production technology
- Optical and electrical characterization of parts and components
- Production and development documentation
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally, a degree or doctorate in electrical engineering/optics/semiconductor technology, preferably also as a young professional
- Experience with optical and/or electrical measurement technology
- Basics of analog signal processing as well as experience with simple electronic circuits
- Sense of responsibility and ability to act independently with vision
DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in the field of assembly and connection technology
- Technical affinity and manual dexterity with (fine) tools and soldering irons
- Knowledge in the field of optical detection/emission
- Development experience in the field of optics/electronics
- Ability to work constructively in a team in a productive environment
